Fiberglass mesh conveyor belt is suspended PTFE ( commonly known as the king of plastic) emulsion as raw material, impregnated fiberglass mesh is made of high-performance , which is a high performance , multi-composite materials and new products. 
 

For our company PTFE wire mesh , in addition to its excellent release, abrasion resistance, low friction coefficient and corrosion resistance, the conveyor belt can maintain the original physical shape and deform at -70ºC ~+260ºC temperature. In addition, due to its non-toxic, odorless and tasteless characteristics, it is widely used in food processing, packaging and other treatment fields.
 

Features
1. Non adhesion

Difficult to adhere to any substance. Easy to clean; attach various attachments to its surface; almost all adhesive substances can be simply removed.
 

2. Temperature resistance -70ºC ~+260ºC, long life-250 degrees of high temperature, continuous placed for 200 days, the intensity remained low, weight is not reduced; 300 degrees high temperature placed 120 hours, the weight is only about 0.6%; -180 degrees Celsius at ultra low temperature will not crack, the original softness unchanged.
